P2E is a HIPAA compliant, New England based, document scanning company.
We offer two options for our clients; on-site scanning and in-house scanning.
On-site scanning is scanning done within your facility. We bring our equipment
to you and set up right on site. This is often done in situations where HIPAA
regulations are required. In-house scanning is scanning done within our facility
located in Haverhill Massachusetts.
Why use P2E to scan your documents?
Speed: Our scanners can operate at a volume of 90 pages per minute. We
also work in two man teams, working together to disassemble and reassemble files
quickly and easily.
Accuracy: We use two sets of ultrasonic multipage detectors that ensure
every page is scanned and captured. You would be amazed how often scanners grab
multiple pages. We also have experience disassembling and reassembling files,
which a staff member may not have.
Cost: The cost in time for one of your staff to scan on your scanner is
considerably high. The scanner in your office is not as fast as ours and would
take you at least three times as long. Taking up time where a staff member could
be doing other tasks.
Software: We own specialized software that can handle the amount of
information coming in and can process it in a timely manner. We also use some of
the most advanced OCR software to convert scanned files into searchable images
or data. Many companies prefer searchable PDF’s, others prefer Tiff Files. We are
capable of handling many forms of information.
